During my time spent with amazing bodyworkers in the lab, it became clear I wanted to add hands-on therapy to my repertoire. I am now a licensed massage therapist helping people relax into and receive the wisdom of their bodies.

I experienced my first Reiki session several months after my mother died in 2014 and it was incredibly healing. I began practicing Reiki in 2015. Since then, I’ve trained in Pranic Healing energy work which has become one of my favorite ways to support people through transformation.

I naturally gravitated to end-of-life work by caring for my mother and grandmother during their deaths. There were elements of the dying process I wish I knew in advance so I could comfort them more effectively. I now do everything in my power to alleviate stress that is woven into the end of life for dying persons and their loved ones through music, grief support, death education, and hands-on healing.

Hi - I’m Molly. As a coach, healer, educator and musician, I am endlessly fascinated by the intricate layers of being human. My work is a synthesis of 20+ years collecting knowledge and tools to support people through healing, transformation, and bringing dreams into reality.

So much of the wisdom we need to sculpt our lives is evident in the tissues of our body. I began teaching yoga in 2009 and have studied with incredible yogis including Ana Forest, Max Strom, Matthew Sanford and Rama Jyoti.

I have the great privilege to study human anatomy through hands-on dissection at the Institute for Anatomical Research with Gil Hedley. Interacting with a cadaver – the physical artifact of one’s life – is incredibly intimate work infinite in its teachings.

In addition to my brilliant teachers listed above, I am a devoted student of nature and plant medicine. I have undertaken multiple year-long studies of the natural world through listening, photography, and ritual practice (here). I have also studied under the tutelage of White Birch in a Master Tree Diet and Tobacco in a 3-month Integrated Tobacco Apprenticeship led by Jordan Mockingbird, and am currently pursuing an academic certificate in The Art, Science & Spirituality of Water with Veda Austin.

I also draw from a rich background as a flutist. Listen here.

I’m based in western Massachusetts with my wonderful partner and very sassy cat.
